John and George met the modern way; online back in October of 2010! How serendipitous they will be married 13 years later in the same month. If you can call it that, their first date was casual and represented their easy-going and fun-spirited personalities; they instantly clicked, and the rest is history.

In the years leading up to their engagement, John and George began to build a life together. They became fantastic dog dads to Ellie and Ava, traveled together, and made a life-altering choice to pick up and move to Columbus, Ohio, while supporting each other through their pursuits of college degrees.

 

In 2019, while on a trip to New York City with John's parents, in the middle of Times Square in front of hundreds of strangers, George got down on one knee and asked John to spend the rest of his life with him. Thankfully for George, John said yes!

Since the engagement, John and George have bought the soon-to-be home of their dreams and are remodeling it together. John graduated from college with his design degree in digital graphics. George is still doing well and on track for graduation with his business degree. In December, they became dads to a third dog named Olive!

We are fast at work planning our dream wedding and genuinely enjoying every second of creating something truly and authentically us; we can't wait to share every detail of our big day with you in October 23'.
